*Read the terms and conditions carefully before making an appointment. When making an appointment, the terms and conditions must be approved. If the rules are not observed, Braidsgang has the right to cancel your appointment. So, take the time to read through the rules so you know what you're agreeing to and you won't be surprised!
Braidsgang is always willing to try new styles! If you request a style that we have never done or have little experience doing, you will be informed beforehand. If you decide to still schedule an appointment, you will be doing so at your own risk and the quality of work will be done to the best of stylist’s ability.
Hair must be thoroughly washed, dried, and in its natural state. If we believe that the style you desire does not suit the condition of your hair, we will advise you of other options.
If your own hair is not properly prepared, Braidsgang has the right to cancel your appointment due to hygiene, delay and/or hindrance in performing the work.
Please inform stylist in advance of any allergies or sensitivities to any products including synthetic hair. Braidsgang cannot be held liable if the process has unexpected or undesired results due to known/unknown factors.

* I you’re not sure what your hair type is send some photos or a video (on which your hair structure is clearly visible) via WhatsApp
If you are not feeling well and have something that would be considered contagious, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. No exceptions.
*Arrive on time and ensure you wash and dry your hair prior your appointment. We do not offer shampoo/dry service at this moment.
We understand that things can come up. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling's at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a €20, - fee added to your next appointment.
If you are unable to make your appointment or In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth of €50,- for the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Payment can be done by a payment request. (Tikkie or internet banking)
*Two or more missed appointments can result in client termination and if you don’t want to pay, I will not service you in the future.
Braidsgang has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or can pose a threat to our business.
From the time you leave the gang, you have five days to inform us of any repairs that need to be done. Not only are you asked to send pictures, but we must also see the exact same mishap in person that is in the pictures. Anything that was not photographed will not be redone. No exceptions. This free repair is a one-time offer only.
If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds!
If you are experiencing discomfort during any point of the styling, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately.
Braidsgang often works with long time frames and has very limited waiting space, so come alone. If you do take someone with you, a maximum of one person is allowed. Children are not allowed as company.

For appointments for children up to the age of 12 one parent/guardian must be present at the appointment. This person must be authorized to make direct choices about the hair of the child for whom the appointment is made. Children under the age of 12 will not be helped if no parent/guardian is present, unless expressly agreed in advance.

Please be patient when removing the extensions. Braidsgang is not responsible for any damage to hair caused by extension removal.
